1. Returns
We accept returns of products within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
•The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
•The product must be in its original packaging.
•A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@srishtiglobals.com with your order details and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
•Perishable goods (e.g., certain health and food items)
•Gift cards
•Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
•If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
•If rejected, we will notify you of the reasons, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, please check your bank or credit card account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be some processing delays. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@srishtiglobals.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product, please email us at info@srishtiglobals.com with a photo and description of the defect, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.
6. Return Shipping
•Customer Responsibility: For returns unrelated to defects or shipping errors, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
•Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
•Tracking: If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@srishtiglobals.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference. Please include photos of the damage and details of your order.
